How to move around
Tuscany is currently classified as a “orange zone” with related regulations in place.
It is mandatory to use the mask in closed places, accessible to the public (public transport and shops). Remember to use the mask also outdoors. Mass gatherings, in public places or open areas (such as parks or gardens), are prohibited.
It is possible to use public transport by using security measures. It is compulsory to wear the mask on board and possibly gloves.
Accommodation, restaurants and tourist services
Accommodations in the Empolese Valdelsa and Montalbano districts and all tourist service providers are working to guarantee their guests safety. Please check first if the service is available for the period indicated.
Restaurants, bars and bakeries are closed, while take away is allowed until 10 p.m. There are no restrictions on home delivery. Hotels and accommodations can serve food to their guests with no time constraint.
