This festival has for years celebrated the local culinary traditions and Tuscan specialities and is dedicated to all food lovers. The Festival focuses in particular on Tuscan cured meats which are judged and awarded prizes by a jury made up of local people. Along side the excellent salamis and other cured meats one can find: cheeses, honey and speciality breads and cakes which complete the menu of this very “tasty” event.
